The Forest City Municipal Airport hereby announces its fiscal years 2016, 2017, and 2018 goal of 0.70% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) for airport construction projects. The proposed goals and rationale are available for inspection between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at the City Administrator's Office, 305 North Clark Street, Forest City, Iowa 50436 for 30 days from the date of this publication.

Comments on the DBE goal will be accepted for 45 days from the date of this publication and can be sent to the following:
